All Members using our service agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any Member found to be in violation of these terms will be locked out of the site immediately and their images deleted.

Any Member found to be using this service to warehouse images of children (anyone under the age of 18) that could be construed as child pornography in any way, shape or form, shall have their account terminated immediately. These images shall be seized and given to the proper authorities in an effort to prosecute the offending Member.

Any Member found to be using this service for the purpose of any criminal activity or act of terrorism, shall be locked out of the system immediately and their images turned over to the proper authorities for prosecution.

Members shall not post, loan or sell their username to any other party for any reason whatsoever. Any Member found to be sharing their Log In information or posting Log In information in a public manner shall have their account terminated immediately.

Member understands that there may be service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control. Member shall not be entitled to any refund due to a network problem, server outage or any other hardware related problem. Furthermore, Member understands that Private Photo Albums shall not be held responsible for any loss of data.
